a. Contract and confirmation of orderWhen ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Nacka Flytt have confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when Nacka Flytt has registered the order and received payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays or on any public holiday will be confirmed no later than the following business day at 18:00.
b. Pricing and currencyAll prices are shown in SEK on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
c. Discount and promotion codesNacka Flytt may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code Promotions with codes are in general only valid once - and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will be no longer valid. Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you confirm and pay the order. Nacka Flytt does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites. Nacka Flytt reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time. When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by Nacka Flytt, Nacka Flytt states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Nacka Flytt thereby, in case of missuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.
d. PaymentNacka Flytt online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from the website
Credit-/debitcardWhen paying using a credit- or debitcard (VISA or Mastercard), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched. All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debitcard are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Nacka Flytt, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn't be performed. Nacka Flytt shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment.
e. DeliveriesThe estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days. When an order is dispatched from our warehouse the customer will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Should the delivery be materially delayed for more than 20 days, the Customer is entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the Customer is requested to contact Nacka Flytt customer service
Pickup at local Nacka Flytt office (Free shipping)When ordering with pickup at local Nacka Flytt office the customer shall indicate which Nacka Flytt store he/she wishes to have the order delivered. Nacka Flytt will thereafter process the order and dispatch the order to the chosen Nacka Flytt office. In addition to the delivery notification the customer will receive an e-mail when the order is dispatched, the Customer will also receive a notification via e-mail when he/she can pick the order up. If the customer have provided Nacka Flytt with a mobile phone number, the notification of pickup will also be sent via SMS - provided that the customer have accepted to receive notice of pickup via SMS in the shoppingbag. The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days. When collecting the order at the Nacka Flytt office, the Customer shall present the ordernumber and valid personal identification document. Orders should primarily be picked up personally by the orderer. If that's not possible, the customer may send a courier is his/hers name. The courier must be able to present valid identification document, both his/hers and the identification document of the orderer. The customer may also (if he/she wishes to) issue a Power of attorney to his/hers courier. The order shall be collected within 14 days, for unclaimed orders the customer shall be refunded, however Nacka Flytt reserves the right to charge the customer 200SEK for costs arising. All orders ordered for pickup at Nacka Flytt office store is delivered without any delivery costs.
Direct delivery (shipping cost 99SEK)Direct home delivery delivers the order to the address given by the customer during the order process. Nacka Flytt may, depending on the size and content of your order use different postal services for dispatch of your order, however - we will always provide you with a tracking number of your delivery, the extent of tracking services may however vary between different postal services. The shipping cost is charged with 99SEK per order, regardless of how many items you order. For packages that cannot be delivered after several attempts, Nacka Flytt reserves the right to charge 200SEK for costs arising. The estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.
a. Nacka Flytt Return PolicyNacka Flytt offers a 14 day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 14 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as is possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
b. How to return items from your orderYou can cancel your order by notifying Nacka Flytt of your wish to do so by email or post within the 14 day cancellation period referred to above.
Store returnIf the customer elects to return goods from his/her order (either as a partial or complete return) at a Nacka Flytt office, the return is always free of charge. When returning goods to a Nacka Flytt store, the Customer should bring the original delivery note/receipt that was enclosed with the shipment. This is required for purchase price to be refunded to customer. Additionally, if the Customer choose to return the complete order he/she is entitled to refund of eventual service- and delivery fees. The refund to customer will be processed when the return is being processed at the Nacka Flytt office.
Postal returnTo return the unwanted items by postal services, please send the item to Nacka Flytt within 10 days of the date on which you received the items to the following address:

Sweden Nacka Flytt suggests that the items are sent by either international priority registered post with Postonord or economy shipment, through UPS, DHL, or EMS so that you can track the items. Also, Nacka Flytt suggests that you retain evidence of posting or proof of shipment and the tracking number until the purchase price has been refunded. You are liable for paying the return delivery costs. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and will be responsible for the risk of damage during transport.
c. RefundsIf you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for. Please note that Nacka Flytt is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Nacka Flytt. Nacka Flytt will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide Nacka Flytt with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel. Nacka Flytt will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from Nacka Flytt as a result of the reimbursement. Nacka Flytt cannot process exchanges on returned items.
